Sprouting of the whole-grain oats

1. Place a gauze folded two or three times on the flat plate.

2. Place carefully washed oats to the one side of gauze, cover with another side of gauze.

3. Wet gauze (water should almost cover the oats).

4. Put the plate in a dark place at a room temperature.

5. Wash grains in 2-4 hours and repeat step 3

6. Once the small sprouts have germinated on the grains (it will take about 24 hours), they can be eaten. Ready sprouts before eating should be poured out.

7. The most delicious and healthy sprouts are of 2-3mm. They can be added to cereals, muesli, salads, vegetable stew or soup. Don’t brew sprouts, but put them in ready-made meal or eat separately.
