Cornmeal – 300 g
Water - 900 ml
Butter - 150-200
Hard cheese - 200 g

Method of cooking:
Pour cereal by a thin stream in a boiling salted water, stirring. Add 70-100 g of butter. Cook it at a medium heat, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes. Remove from a fire, let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Put polenta by a uniform layer of 2 cm to a baking sheet, pre-greased with butter (30-50 g). Flatten the top, give shape to the sides. Grease the top of polenta with butter, bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle polenta with a hard cheese. Bake it for 5 minutes more.
