Peanut flakes

Ingredients:

Gram flour - 1 glass

water - 0.5 glass

potatoes - 2 pcs

chicken egg - 1 pc

fresh tomato - 1 pc

onions recipe - 1 pc

parsley to taste

vegetable oil for frying

Wash cleaned raw potatoes, rub on a large grater. Chop onions and tomatoes on a large grater. Cut the parsley finely. Mix the grated potatoes, onions, tomatoes, flour, parsley and salt in a deep bowl. Add egg, water, mix thoroughly. Heat the frying pan, pour the vegetable oil. Put fritters with a tablespoon to the baking pan. Bake them at medium heat from both sides until ready.
