Cooking method

Sunflower flour is suitable for cooking any dishes for which a more traditional product is usually used. But ready-made pancakes, muffins, cookies and other sweets have a more original taste and particular aroma. It should be noticed, that sunflower flour isn't used in its pure form and it is usually mixed with wheat or other type of flour in a ratio of 1: 1.


Sunflower cutlets


Kernel of sunflower ground - 1 glass

onion large - 4 pcs.

carrots large - 1 pc.

chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces

milk (cream) - 3-5 tablespoons.

Salt, spices - to taste

vegetable oil for frying

Chop onion finely, fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Rub carrots rub on a small grater. Combine kernel of sunflower ground in a large container together with fried onions, carrots, eggs, milk (cream). Add salt and spices to taste, mix thoroughly. Let the meat stand for 20-30 minutes, mix again. Form the cutlets and fry them from two sides until ready in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
