Dietary cheesecakes with corn flour

 

Ingredients:

300 g low-fat cottage cheese

1 egg

3 tablespoons of corn flour

1 tbsp of sugar and lemon peel

1 tsp of extract of almond / vanilla extract

1/2 tsp of powdered cinnamon

Put a curd into a deep bowl, add egg, sugar and shred everything together to homogeneity with a spoon or shoulder blade. Add to the mixture lemon peel grated on a small grater, scrub again, pour the extract of almonds or vanilla, stir. Pour into a mixture of millet cinnamon and 2 tablespoons flour, mix well - the consistency of the dough should not be sticky and dense.
