Green buckwheat with cheese mass


green buckwheat - 200 grams,

curd mass with dried apricots and raisins - 150 g,

salt to taste

Cooking method:

Pre-washed green buckwheat pour in 400 ml of salted boiling water and cook until it's ready.

Get the ready-made porridge cold, put it in a deep container, add curd mass and mix.

Allow it standing for 5-7 minutes.
