Home-made Gingerbread Cookies
Cream butter of room temperature - 100 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 1 glass (about 200 g)
Flour - 1.5 glasses (approximately 220-240 g)
Soda - 0.5 ppm (it is possible to absorb by 0.5 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar)
Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp (to taste)
Powdered ginger (optional) - to taste
1. Mix smooth butter, eggs, sugar, sifting flour and soda, add cinnamon (you can add powdered ginger as well). Mix the dough
2. Place cookies by a teaspoon on a baking sheet covered with a baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, up to a golden color.
