Tomato sauce is a universal addition: you might add it while preparing various second courses, and to ready-made dishes from vegetables as well, it is good for meat, poultry and fish. Tomato sauce will not only improve and transform the taste of your dishes, but will also bring health benefits, because this sauce is considered one of the most useful.

Cooking method

Pour 150 ml of cold water in a stewpan, add tomato paste, a mass from sachet and 1 tsp. of vegetable oil. Stir it thoroughly. Cook for  3-5 minutes at a low heat, stirring occasionally. Leave it to stand. If desired, add crushed greens.

Meatballs

Ingredients for 28 Meatballs:

450 gr. ground beef

230 g. force meat

 230 g. minced pork

2 large eggs

1 cup of grated cheese

1.5 tbsp. chopped parsley

1/2 small clove of garlic, peel and grind

Sea salt

Fresh powdered pepper

2 cups of grated bread

2 cups of warm water

1 cup olive oil

Tomato sauce

 

How to cook:

Mix all kinds of minced meat in a large bowl. Add eggs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with your hands. Add bread. Add water slowly, 1 cup at once, until the mixture is sufficiently wet. Form meatballs. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry meatballs partially. As soon as it is ready, spread meatballs on a paper towel to let them absorb the excess oil. Dip the cooked meatballs into boiling tomato sauce and cook for 15 minutes. Serve meatballs as a separate dish or with spaghetti.
