Millet from the sachet should be washed several times (until the water becomes clear) and sprinkled with boiling water. Sprinkle millet in 1.4-1.5 liters of boiling water, add dried vegetables, meat, spices from the sachet and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cook at a low heat until it's ready (for about 25-30 minutes). Add butter if desired. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes under the closed lid.
